Party Theme/Idea: Seafood Party by the Pool. Shrimp, crabs and crawfish are plentiful now so take advantage of the season and ask friends over for a casual outdoor party. Use inexpensive brightly colored plastic tubs and bowls to put seafood, sauces and shells in- add flowers and apples in Celebration Centerpiece.

Favorite Recipe: Ancho Chili Mayonnaise for Seafood

Ingredients:
1 egg
6 egg yolks
3 Tbs. Ancho Chili Sauce
4 Tbs. lime juice
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 tsp. Chimayo chile
4 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. cumin
3 cups olive oil

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in the bowl of your food processor and blend until combined. With processor still running, slowly drizzle in the oil until well blended.
