Favorite Recipe: Ancho Chili Mayonnaise for Seafood

Ingredients:
1 egg
6 egg yolks
3 Tbs. Ancho Chili Sauce
4 Tbs. lime juice
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 tsp. Chimayo chile
4 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. cumin
3 cups olive oil
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in the bowl of your food processor and blend until combined. With processor still running, slowly drizzle in the oil until well blended. |
